Independence Day Celebration

71st Independence Day was celebrated in the institution with pride and enthusiasm. The premise was decorated with tri-coloured articles. Indian Flag was hoisted by Mr Romius Dsouza-Training Officer of the institution and every one saluted the Flag with utmost pride in heart. Addressing the students on the occasion Principal of the institution Mr Vincent Mendonsa said , “Independence is not doing whatever one wants, it is in fact caring for others and creating an atmosphere where every individual is respected irrespective of his religion, caste and financial condition.” He also urged the students to think of joining the Indian Defence Force to serve the country. National Anthem was sung and sweets were distributed.
