Grow in spirit of service to others

“ Everyday we have to choose to live, to live actively, to be of benefit to others and society. By doing our work with dedication we would be helping in the development of our country. Grow in the spirit of service to others “, said Rev Fr John Eve Grenet, a Jesuit Priest from France who was on a visit to St Aloysius Industrial Training institute. He was addressing the students of the institution. He is the former Provincial of French province and also the former Director of French technical school. Continuing his conversation he added, “It is not always easy to give the best. But, if you enjoy working what you have to do, it will give you the propelling Force required to continue”. The programme commenced with a prayer song lead by Mr Wilson N. Rev Fr Eric Mathias SJ-the Director of the institution introduced Rev Fr John Eve Grenet to the staff and students. Felicitation was done to the Guest on behalf of the institution. Principal- Mr Vincent Mendonsa, Vice Principal-Mr Roshan Dsouza and Training Officer-Mr Romus Dsouza were present on the occasion. Mr Robin Vas compeered the programme. After the formal programme, Rev Fr John Eve Grenet met the staff members and exchanged the ideas. He also visited the workshops of different trades in the institution and interacted with the students.
